Welcome to ZukMe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ZukMe mobile application and services (the "App"). By accessing or using ZukMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ZukMe. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using ZukMe, you represent that you meet these requirements.
• ZukMe reserves the right to restrict access to individuals or entities based on compliance with local laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
• ZukMe reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or fail to adhere to our policies.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Engage in activities that exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors.
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes or solicit users for external services.
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful materials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the App, including attempts to bypass any measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of any content you create and upload to ZukMe ("User Content").
• By posting content, you grant ZukMe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the App.
• ZukMe reserves the right to remove, block, or modify content that violates these Terms, infringes on others' rights, or is deemed inappropriate by us.

5. Intellectual Property

• ZukMe's logos, trademarks, and all related assets ("ZukMe IP") are owned by ZukMe LLC. All rights are reserved.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use ZukMe IP without our explicit written consent.
• Content provided by ZukMe or other users may not be used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

• The App may contain links or content provided by third parties. ZukMe does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content.
• Interactions with third-party services are at your own risk, and you are subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Termination

• ZukMe reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any other reason deemed necessary by us.
• Upon termination, licenses granted to ZukMe for your content will continue as necessary for operational and legal purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• ZukMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, functionality, or availability of the App.
• ZukMe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZukMe LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

• ZukMe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through the App or other means. Continued use of the App after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
